Prohibited content and behavior

Do not submit protected health information, patient-identifying information, confidential records, credentials, malicious files, unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, spam, deceptive promotion, or material you lack authority to share.

Do not scrape, bulk-copy, resell, redistribute, probe, bypass access controls, automate account creation, interfere with service operation, or use the service to make patient-specific clinical decisions.

Enforcement

Healthcare AI Pioneers may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful investigations when necessary to protect members, patients, the service, or third parties. Good-faith safety and security reports are encouraged.
