Membership Terms

Professional membership

Healthcare AI Pioneers Tracker is a professional healthcare AI research service. Community, member discovery, and messaging are currently unavailable. Accounts are personal, must use accurate professional information, and may not be shared. Organization administrators may manage seats and billing but do not receive access to members’ private research activity or messages.

Paid access requires confirmed payment. Charter Membership is $399 for the first access year and is available from September 14 through December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. For purchases before December 1, access begins December 1, 2026. For December purchases, access begins upon confirmed purchase. Every Charter member receives one full access year, then automatically renews at the standard $499 annual price unless canceled; Charter pricing is not a lifetime discount. Standard Membership begins January 1, 2027 at midnight Eastern Time and costs $499 per year, with access upon confirmed purchase and annual renewal unless canceled. Subscriptions are annual only. The access and renewal dates are disclosed before purchase. Manage renewal and cancellation in your account.

Research, not clinical advice

Platform records describe reported experiences and evidence. They are not certification, endorsement, medical advice, clinical decision support, or a substitute for local legal, privacy, security, procurement, or patient-safety review.

Member contributions

Members retain ownership of their contributions while granting Healthcare AI Pioneers permission to review, organize, display, and preserve submitted material for operation of the service. Contributors must have authority to share the material and must not submit protected health information, patient-identifying information, confidential information, or content that violates another party’s rights.

Account action and service changes

Healthcare AI Pioneers may restrict or close accounts for fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or policy violations. Material policy changes will be versioned and presented for acceptance when required. Service availability and features may change as the platform is improved.
