Versioned platform policy

AI Guide Disclosure

What the AI Guide does, which content it may use, and the decisions it must not make.

Version 2026-09-15 · Effective August 13, 2026

Purpose and limits

The AI Guide is a research-discovery aid designed to direct members to permitted implementation records, evidence, organizations, use cases, metrics, and discussions. It may summarize incomplete, conflicting, or incorrect source material and can produce mistakes.

It does not provide medical advice, patient-specific recommendations, certification, vendor endorsement, legal advice, or a replacement for independent evaluation and local governance.

Data boundaries

The Guide must not retrieve private messages, contact requests, billing data, unpublished submissions, internal review notes, or content the requesting member cannot access. Members must not enter patient data, protected health information, credentials, or confidential material into AI prompts.

Responsible use

Review cited source records and evidence labels before relying on an answer. Report unsupported, unsafe, biased, or incorrectly disclosed output so it can be investigated. Model, retrieval, and retention practices may change through versioned platform updates.

AI Guide conversations are private to the member, retained for 90 days for follow-up and quality review, and may be deleted sooner from the member workspace. Organization administrators cannot view them. Configured model providers receive only the question and permitted published research context under the platform's provider and retention controls.

Questions, correction requests, and privacy requests may be sent through the support contact published by Healthcare AI Pioneers.
